Buckinghamshire, located in the South East of England has many great paintballing venues to go to. iPaintball has visited these sites and by using our experience on our day out, and customer feedback from people who have also played at the sites to produce a list of the finest available to the Buckinghamshire county. Buckinghamshire also has fantastic access to paintball sites in neighbouring counties. There are some great venues all located within an hour of major towns in Buckinghamshire. Some are located in Greater London, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Northamptonshire. iPaintball have chosen only centres which are UKPSF approved, meaning you can be sure to attend a safe venue, and also uses industry leading equipment. The guns that you will be using are regularly maintained, ensuring less time having a jammed barrel cleaned, and more time shooting at the enemy. The sites are frequently visited by stag/hen parties, corporate hire, and businesses looking for an activity to increase team bonding. The paintball centres offer many different types of game arenas to play in. Some have castles and forts to attack, while some have capture the flag and rescue the president.

If your team goes through some hard times, to rebuild the team, you will need some team members left who have the desire to do this. It needs to be a goal in buckinghamshire that is explicitly discussed and agreed upon. The remaining players will need to commit to rebuild the team at the expense of short-term rewards, and put the good of the group above their own immediate gratification. These players will have to be able to train every week, at least, and they must be willing to teach and take Buckinghamshire paintball coaching from one another. After the fall of the team, everyone ought to be humble enough to do this; those who aren’t have probably jumped ship anyway. Someone must take the responsibility of being captain. Even if the old boss is still around, he may not be the best suited to take charge of brining the hutted team back from the dead. The remaining players should discuss the openly, and whoever is going to take charge must be someone everyone feels comfortable supporting. It may be surprising in buckinghamshire how readily the old paintball captain passes off the responsibility for organising the team; this should be a bit of a warning to anyone who thinks they can manage it. To help things rolling, every player should be willing to contribute. Each player should be willing to spend some time paintballing watching and commenting as well as doing some recruiting. If one player has to be harassed to do his part, or is missing a lot of practices, he is a drain on the energies of the others, and your team of paintballers should consider if he is really worth it. Bringing your Bukinghamshire team back from the edge of extinction will be no easy task, but it is very possible. It will probably be long and hard, but if you’re willing to out in the effort then it will pay off in the long run.
