Paintballing in Essex

iPaintball has gone to Essex to see what level of quality the paintball venues are. From our visit and other customer reviews we have come up with what we believe to be the best sites in Essex for a top paintballing day out. When we are at these sites we take everything into account, the staff, the equipment, the creativity of the scenarios and how well executed they are.

The top Essex sites have very well trained professional staff which made everyone's day out a fun but safe one. The equipment was not brand new but was very well maintained with some of the most well built safe camps we've seen. What tops everything though is the Essex scenarios everyone takes part in. From classic Speedball to games like Hobbit Field where you have to carry a ring from one side of the field to the other without being shot. These scenarios were some of the most fun most customers had every played. iPaintball highly recommends paintballing at any of the Essex sites we have listed at the bottom of the page.

Paintball Hints and Tactics Article!

In the off-season when you are trying to keep in shape. If you want to stay out of the  essex gym then do some exercises involving moving weighted objects over a given distance. Some examples would be filling a wheelbarrow up with weight and push it for a few hundred yards at a time, then rest for a few minutes and do it again. Another real popular Paintball exercise is kettle bell training and a universal paintball exercise that is good for all sports is jump rope. Be creative to keep your motivation up – go get an old tyre and a 10lb sledge hammer and beat the tire for a couple of two-minute rounds, that’s a pretty good total body workout (it’s also a great stress reliever). Then take that same tyre and drag it for a few hundred yards. If you have a local pool go swim some laps to keep your fitness level up. If there is access to a stadium or a set of stairs nearby its always fun to do stair laps or sprints if your real serious about paintball in Essex. Just remember the key to off-season training is having fun. This way you stay motivated for paintballing to get reenergised when the season starts. Hopefully this article helps you get organised and motivated for the off season. I know I really need a break and look forward to watching some Saturday morning cartoons and Sunday football. I will also enjoy sleeping in every once in a while during my off-season vacations! I’ll leave you with the four X’s: If you are eXcited about what you do and you eXecute, you won’t have to make eXcuses for why you didn’t reach your eXprectations!
