iPaintball has gone out to Hampshire and assessed many different paintball venues to try determine what the best sites are. Hampshire has the most southern of the paintball venues in the UK and this means there are quite a lot of tourists and university students. Most local residents that have been paintballing to our selected venues can tell you how good they are.
Most of these Hampshire paintball sites are new or have been recently revamped to create amazing new scenarios. These new sites have obviously been built by people with experience because of the mix of classic games and new creative ones. All the scenarios at the top sites are extremely fun and will definitely not leave you disappointed. The games in Hampshire can range from large scale field battles to small close quarter Speedball scenarios. No matter how many people you come with, be it a large party or a couple friends, you are guaranteed to have an experience that will last a very long time.

Not so long ago there was only one top American international tournament series called the NPPL, and it was run primarily by the same guys who today run the PSP. (Confused yet? It gets better.) Through an oversight the orginial promoters lost control of the NPPL identity. At about the same time the folks at WDP a major original NPPL series sponsor, had a falling out with the original promoters. This lead to a new NPPL promoted by Pure Promotions, in cometetion with the PSP to represent the highest tier of competetitive Paintball. So the end result of reunification will be to put all the guys who were in charge before, with a few additions, together again in the same smoke-filled room deciding everone else’s Paintballing fate. You may not think that’s such a poor idea. You’re entitled to your opinion. I think its not dissimilar to rearrganing deck chairs on the Titanic, but c’est la vie. The loss of choice memans that Joe Average Baller in Hampshire loses any opportunity to have a say in what happens in bigtime tourney ball. I’m not talking about opportunity to attend players meetings or post opinions on websites or write letters to the editor – I’m talking about taking action that actually has an impact. Sure, it’s possible your idea at a meeting may be well received or your opinion may garner lots of support from other posters, but any result that follows is dependent on whether or not your concerns match the interests of the Hampshire people make the final decisions. In effect, the merits of your ideas or desires are irrelevant unless they advance the purpose of the decision-makers. On the other hand, every time you choose one seriers over another you are casting a vote saying ‘this is what I want and this is how I want it done’. Either way you may derive some benefit in Hampshire but only in one instance did you exert any direct influence. And that’s cos money talks.
