Paintball Hints and Tactics Article!
Getting oId and playing paintball at a pro level and I’m getting on a bit now from the days I started playing in Leicestershire. You have to remember I am battling it out here with guys much younger than me. I know there are a couple of players out there older than me but the fact remains that I am running to either a corner or to the centre off the go almost every time I am on the field – they aren’t. in order to try keep up with the youngsters, I do my best to stay in shape. I have to say that when I started working out I hated it with a passion; eventually though, I started feeling much better and I could really feel the difference when I played ball. Now, I actually crave going to the paintball gym – expect of course when I have to stay up late writing an article. I have missed almost two weeks in the gym for one reason or another and I feel like rubbish, and this is still while I am staying active doing some running in Leicestershire. You are probably thinking I am being too hard on myself right? Wrong! I have to be hard on myself because I cant afford to slack off. There are too many kids who are in way better shape just waiting to jump in when I am too tired or too sore. That is why I have to make it so I am not too tired or that I am no longer sore. Don’t think for a second that I don’t wish that I could slack off, believe me, I would…but I can’t go drinking in leicestershire. A strange thing occurred to me one day last year. I was sitting there and people were saying how we had to get more pumped up and I was wondering why I was not as amped as I used to be – it sure wasn’t because I didn’t like to win paintball any more or less than the next guy.
