Paintballing in Sussex

iPaintball have produced a list of what we feel to the UK’s finest paintball venues to choose from. We have done this by experiencing the centres ourselves and also collecting feedback from people who have played at them and combining the data together. We scored the centres on customer service and professionalism, the centres safety record (all sites iPaintball list are UKPSF approved), quality of games and sites facilities, and overall day experience.

Sussex is home to some fantastic places to play, with some sites offering up to six different games. You could be battling through a Vietnamese jungle one game, and then attacking a fort or castle the next. The venues all use industry leading paintball markers, which are frequently maintained, to ensure more time shooting at enemy players. iPaintball also have added to the list some centres that are neighbour Sussex, which are all easily reached from the major towns and cities in the county. This then gives you more options when deciding what venue you will go to.

Paintball Hints and Tactics Article!

The insert paintball role is vital to any game in Sussex. He coordinates the plans, relays tactics and pulls the strings. He’s the batman to your robin, the maverick to your goose. You’re the instinct-player, so you’ll often be shooting yourself into your new position. Once you have matured enough as a player to posses all this knowledge then yours is a paintball career that will continue to take you to the top of the league. But until you have effectively played for a while as a front player and honed your gun fighting skills in Sussex for just this moment. To that of a stellar back player, you’re mid/insert life will be as short lived as a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest. One wrong move and this role on the field will inevitably end in a lot of pain. Careful if you decide to hit the floor – it may take some time to get up again unaided. If you running and gunning is up to scratch then you may be able to keep the bad guys cover guys in as you move down the field. Your most valuable weapon is the element of surprise. Try to shoot streams of four or five paintballs per target when training in Sussex into improve accuracy. When the inevitable happens, the smartest players move to the sidelines and control the field as coaches. Beware; coaching in Sussexis a very tough job.  So put in your time at other positions, learn how to read a field and a game while it is still going on and then spring into life as the badass mid/insert player you know you can be.
