Paintball Hints and Tactics Article!

There are many different positions in paintballing, here are some tactics to cover them in Cambridge. If you are called upon to play at the back of the field, you need to complete confidence of those in front of you. If they hesitate because of a lack of faith, the team has a blunt edge. Communication is key in Cambridge. Although most of the teams I have guested with in Cambridge paintball use pretty simple descriptive terms for replaying information, some teams have well developed codes. If this is the case on a team where you are playing back, you must put a great deal of effort into knowing those codes. Repetition is key for things like this. Anytime you are discussing the Cambridge field or the plan or deconstructing past events on the field with the host team, you should speak in terms of the codes they use. You should even go over things in the language of the team when thinking things over for yourself. Different teams play their plans at different rates. Assuming everything is going well for a team, some will wrap up a game faster than others. A lot of this has to do with awareness, but there is a factor of personality. A good Paintballing Cambridge team will be on the same page for how quickly they push things. Getting the sense of this pace is important to making a contribution on the field. Acting too slowly will make you a non-factor. If you protect a player too slowly, he will extend beyond your ability to support him. Acting too quickly will make it difficult for the team to take advantage of what you make happen. In back, this often means that you are opening doors that players are not ready to go through.
