It is no longer a question of how fast can you shoot, but rather how fast can you can run… Players have to be at their peak in order to make it to Sunday Paintball Club. With the need for  Liverpool teams to be at their absolute best, players are help to a strict practice regimen and a non-negotiable set of rules. Modern coaches are holding teams to a set of guidelines designed to make them champions. But at the same time, individual players are imposing their own set of guidelines  for paintballing to not only improve their performance, but also keep their lives on track – away from the temptation of illicit substances and run-ins with the law. Drugs and alcohol are two things that 99% of young people have to deal with at some point in their lives. They come up more frequently when kids find themselves away from home and family, in a major city where there are many young adults indulging in both, there are a few players out there that have strong convictions about saying no to substance abuse.
