Welcome to iPaintball where we have gone through many of the paintball sites in and around London to compose a list of what we think are the premier paintballing venues. This has been done to help you, the customer have the best possible experience. London has a variety of sites, indoor and outdoor to choose from. The indoor sites are great for having the chance to run around playing paintball in a built up urban area without getting your feet muddy. The sites in the more rural areas of woodland are great for getting out of the city and using British natural environment for cover.
London has some of the best public transport in the world so getting around to a site is never an issue. London is one of the biggest tourist destinations in the world, internationally and nationally, therefore there are always different skill levels entering the games. This keeps the games even so everyone can have the maximum amount of fun, so if your a tourist or even if your not, you should definitely give one of the paintball sites a go.

Sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll on the London tournament circuit have been replaced by early nights, prayer meetings and macrobiotic diets. Welcome, then, to straight edge paintball. Ironically, two members of the infamous Hostile Kids are Straight Edge, symbolised by the “XXX” on the back of their jerseys. Cassidy Sanders and Jay Pineda are two examples of Paintball players who have remained drug free, even when surrounded by temptation. “I have never been into drugs or alcohol,” Cassidy tells me. “When I watch everyone else around me drink I don’t feel left out. I know that I’m not missing anything. I’m not tempted in the slightest.” Although Cassidy and Jay’s decision to stay away from drugs and alcohol are self-imposed, other players are not as strong willed and may be ignorant to the effects of substance abuse. In such cases young london players need guidance from mentors or coaches to steer them away from the pitfalls or the tournament paintball scene and help them make positive life decisions. Teams like LondonTZ, Doc’s Raiders and Ultimate are shining examples of how keeping players away from the party will lead to greater rewards. Bart Manroe played during the late eighties and helped to jumpstart the Las Vegas Paintball scene. After three years of balling he got married and settled into family life. In 2003, he was invited to see a friend’s son play Paintball and when Bart saw how much the sport had developed, he was awestruck. Little did he know that by persuading his daughter Ally to try Paintball, he would start her on the path to a much higher level within the sport. Dart recalls, “Ally and I went to the Xball paintbal event in Las Vegas that year and I saw how the sport had really progressed. At this point she had been playing consistently every weekend for a few months. I told her that I would help build a local team and we would eneter the 5-man league on Tuesday night.”
