Poole: In my opinion the very start of the game is one of the most critical parts of a tournament paintball match. It sets the tempo and also can possible dictate the game’s outcome. If you are too aggressive or not aggressive enough you can basically lose the match in the first 10 seconds. When playing the start of the game you need to have controlled aggression. What I mean by controlled aggressionin Poole paintball Is that your team needs to take as much ground as possible. Also make sure you choose front bunkers that you have the highest chances of making, although you definitely want to throw some surprises in the mix. A surprise is generally taking a bunker that the other team says, “There is NO way they are going to try that bunker!” Make sure you have all your lanes covered. Also its vitally important to communicate where the opposing players are as early in the game as possible – so they can process moves. Most game plans unfold in the first part of the game, because this is when most of your players are still alive and you have the highest opportunity to make the plan work. Its kind of chaotic to try a set play towards the end of the game at Poole when you don’t know how many players will still be left. During the game there are certain places and times you need to shoot. Some real key places to shoot are the spots that the back and mid guys will be trying to come out from. These are the opposing players that you absolutely have to suppress with paintballs, especially in the key early stages before they’ve made any game breaking moves. If the bad paintball guys at the back are being allowed to run up the field at you, then you may as well call game over.
