Paintball Hints and Tactics Article!

Here’s some information about different paintball slides and how to execute them to maximum efficiency at Sutton Coldfield. Knee slide – this is a really basic slide. As you approach the paintball bunker you would then bend your knees, drop down and slide forward. For me, this isn’t the best slide for paintball because your upper body is usually erect and you expose a lot of your torso to incoming paint. Tripod knee slide – This is the slide that most professional paintball players use. As you approach the Sutton Coldfield bunker you will be at a 45 degree angle using one of your arms and you’re tilted to one side learning forward. The side you’re tilted to is opposite to where you’re going. For example: if you’re filling to the left corner of the Sutton Coldfield field your gun with be in your left hand and your right hand with be sort of a pivot or brace as you approach the bunker. This slide is really effective at keeping your body low and your entrance speed to your bunker very fast. Also it keeps your eyes forward, which lets you see what is going on at Sutton Coldfield and you can change directions quickly just in case someone is shooting at you. Superman dive – Basically, this is one of the most electrifying slides out there. Lasoya really does this slide well, he probably has it trademarked or something! This slide is used as you’re entering a low bunker such as a snake. It lets you keep your momentum up and stay as low to the ground as possible. This is something that you really want to time right. Don’t start too early or else you’re stuck out in the open of Sutton Coldfield; and don’t start too late because you will either over-slide or you will get hit on your way in.
